1. Two kinds of data
Visitant processes (a) customer data - people who create an account - and (b) traffic statistics for customers' websites. The controller for account data is the operator named on your invoice. For statistics we act as a processor on the customer's behalf.
2. Visitors of customer websites
We set no cookies, store no browser identifiers and no IP addresses. A visitor is counted with a one-way hash salted with a key that rotates daily and is deleted after 48 hours. We record the page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, country (derived from the time zone), browser, OS and device type, language, engaged time, scroll depth and speed metrics. None of this can be linked to an individual.
3. Customers
We store your email, account settings and payment history (handled by Stripe). Your email is used for login, reports and account notices. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or train AI models on it.
4. Storage and your rights
Data is stored in the European Union. You can delete a site (which erases all of its data) at any time or ask us to delete your account: promptowy@gmail.com. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and may complain to your data protection authority.
